Good price for reasonable quality

Having received the tool and used it on my Altima daughters almost immediately, I can recommend the tool for its ability to get the job done. better than long sockets of this type which are notorious for the side panel flexing under pressure i.e. slipping around the 02 sensor rather than holding and releasing the sensor. I received an email from the seller asking for feedback. Unlike some reviewers here, "I DON'T" received this item for FREE for my review. However, I have an ASE certificateโ€ฆ

Nothing more than a paperweight

Meets all recommendations from fellow mechanics; Sprayed a nut breaker around the sensor on Thursday, let it soak overnight, started the car so it was nice and warm by Friday afternoon, put the socket around the sensor, added an extension and ratchet and tried to remove the sensor. The damn thing pretended to move, but it turned out that the nest had expanded into the cracks. It took about two hours to remove the outlet. I probably should have known better than to buy this, but I only read 2โ€ฆ

OXYGEN SENSOR BASE - WELL MADE DURABLE

I needed to replace the 02 intake and exhaust sensors on my Chevy Tracker. I bought this outlet to make my job easier. The night before when I was planning to replace the sensors I sprayed WD40 on the sensors and pipe. The next day I used this bushing and removed the top sensor that was next to the exhaust manifold. It turned out nice and easy. The downflow sensor between the muffler and the catalytic converter was a bit trickier as I had my car raised and the space around the sensor wasโ€ฆ

Good quality tool, works great

I bought this connector to replace the upstream Oxygen/AFR sensors on my 2003 Honda Accord V6 which use a 22mm (7/8") connector to This connector was well worth the $8 I paid for it just for the time and frustration of using normal tools to remove the sensors. With this connector it literally took me less than 15 minutes to swap out both sensors .In my experience the socket is very well solidly made and does not bend or slip as some other reviewers have stated. As oxygen sensors are widelyโ€ฆ

Is worth the price, also well made.

I don't usually leave reviews, a little I thought if I hadn't ordered this tool the 02 sensor wouldn't have come out. I'm sure I carry it. up helped with the removal, but being able to get a good grip on it with this socket also helped a lot. I literally had to heat the 02 sensor with a propane torch and even a breaker and pipe on the breaker with my foot for 5 minutes. It was easy, but eventually she weakened. I put so much effort into the tool that I was almost guaranteed it would bend orโ€ฆ
