Love it. Smaller than size.

I bought it a size 32 despite having a 28 waist. The belt fits the 2/5 hole perfectly and looks great while being durable and functional. I get a lot of comments on how this belt spices up my style and is a nice change from a plain brown or black belt. The belt is also good for relaxing more classic styles. However, if you actually have a 32 waist, it may seem small to you and should be larger.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Good but not great

2 sizes bigger than what I wear and too small

I read somewhere that you should go 2 sizes bigger than what you wear. I wear 34 so I took 36. I couldn't use any of the holes so I had to drill another one. If I get another one I'll have to get a longer one.

Pros
  • Well built
Cons
  • No

Do they do a 37 inch?

I had the last hole in my size 38 so thought I'd go for a 36". Now I'm on the first hole, find out. Although I love it and am wearing it as I write this.

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Not bad

Too small and is it really leather?

This belt was a gift and was small (I order 34 but it was 2 inches too small). It was also very durable - if it was leather, then not very good leather. It's a shame to give away something you don't like.

Pros
  • sequins
Cons
  • problem

Nice belt but too bad for Ariat that it's made in Taiwan.

Ariat claims to be an international company, but I'm sure 90% of their sales are made in the US. I spent $36 on this belt and I really liked it, but for the money I think it should have "Made in USA" stamped on it. If so, I'd like to buy another one. Since it's from Taiwan (better than China, at least), I think it should cost about a third less. You know this thing costs about $5 to make and ship.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
