This belt is not real leather. Bought to replace a 10 year old belt. New strap on top, old strap on bottom. After 6 months it started falling apart where my belt clips were and after 10 years of daily wear it looks worse than my real leather belt.

This is the fifth of these belts that I have ordered. I go through them with every clean pair of jeans I wear. These are good heavy leather belts and they are as similar as I could find to the belt I bought 50 years ago (which I've been trying to replicate for the last 30-40 years) and indeed with the reel feature, them are really better.

This is a durable full grain leather belt. It has a solid overall construction that is accentuated by thick leather. Trust me when I say you need to buy a few sizes up. I'm a true 36/38 and have never bought a belt larger than a 38. Size 40 in this belt leaves no room for growth. I won't be wearing this belt in a bar anytime soon. For this reason it gets four stars. If you swallow your pride and choose a larger size than usual, you're buying a belt that will stand Father Time's test.

I was happy to order this belt but was very disappointed when it arrived. It was cheap and did not differ in durability from natural leather. There were no granular pebbles as shown and there were no obvious double stitching around the edges of the band itself. I took a look and sent it back. I buy my extra long belts because I like them so they fit, but ordering was a waste of time.

Nice belt. I wear 32" jeans and ordered a 34" belt, but I need to fasten the belt on the last loop. It's too little! Lesson for future buyers: buy a belt that is 4 inches larger than your waist measurement, or buy from someone who actually supplies the correct belt size. "Too short should be fired.
