The shoes themselves are very comfortable but very cheaply made. The heel straps break almost immediately and this was the second pair. I returned the first pair and I leave the second, there is no point in returning it. My husband will try to figure out how to attach the swivel to the strap.

The size is right and most comments say to buy your normal size. My husband wears a 10.5 so I chose 11 to be on the safe side but they are too small and his toes are stuck to the tips with no strap. I would like to exchange/exchange it for a larger size but the only option seems to be to return it and buy it again at full price. I didn't pay full price for them at all, nor did I have to pay to have them replaced with the correct size.

I'm deducting a few stars because a strap broke after I took them out of the box. But frankly, that's a deal. Fortunately, the all-wheel drive mode is not always necessary ;)

2 pairs x bought 2 times. The first two orders were too small/short and we sent them back. This second order fits my husband but my ladies pair was too big. I return the second pair of wives, leaving the husbands.

I bought these because I didn't want to spend $50 on another pair of Crocs but they are definitely not the same quality and don't look like they would last anywhere near as long as original crocs. I wouldn't buy them again

Definitely not Crocs, these Knocks are uncomfortable. The shoes are stiff and I'm heavy, but I couldn't take them off. These will be pool shoes. But I received them quickly

I needed indoor shoes with inserts. to increase the size so my insoles fit my foot as well) Worked well for what I needed them for. I would buy again if I needed a replacement.
