The suction cup is very strong and the mount fits my Galaxy S4 with Trident Aegis case. Also holds my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7" and Nexus 7 perfectly.

Fits well on my new iPhone 6 (regular, not plus). I somehow cracked this along with my old smaller model since I have it permanently installed. This is the best suction cup device I have ever used.

The only downside to this mount is you can't lay your phone horizontally to avoid interfering with the camera as the mount's vertical scope is on shortest way to wide. Also for Galaxy Note 3 with case. I want to use it as a DVR mount for an old smartphone.

I used to have a special Motorola car mount for my Droid 4, it had a charging port and all. I just bought a Galaxy S5 and found this great alternative. Works well. The suction power is excellent. I had to use one side with regular teeth and one side with longer teeth to ensure a secure fit. The only downside is I think the teeth cover the mic so people can't hear me when he's up there - I could fix that with a bruised tooth if I really had to.

This is my second Arkon mount. Used on windshield to mount iPhone 7 with Otterbox Commuter case. This mount comes with clips of various lengths so I was able to use my phone without removing the case which was a must.
