I liked how it cleans. I didn't like that the liquid got into the battery compartment and it stopped working. Water and suds from the brush head flow into the body where the motor is located and seep in a little where the batteries are located. Enough to stop it. I already have these brushes. It never happened. The seal sits as it should. Make sure that no liquid gets into the area of the motor and battery. I initially liked the rotating brush because it seemed more efficient than a manual brush but after a week or two of use the cheap paints on the brush handles started to rub off. The paint smears over the hands and brush handle and I'm sure we swallowed some of the paint before realizing what happened. This has happened to my family with at least 3 different brushes. After trying other toothbrush designs I returned to Spinbrush. This works best for me and this set is amazing. You get two toothbrushes for at home and one for on the go. You also get four interchangeable heads instead of having to buy them separately. I have found Spinbrush to get into all the spaces in my teeth and have had excellent dental exams which I attribute to a combination of toothbrush type, toothpaste type and regular brushing.

I recently discovered this "hybrid" - something between a vibrating, battery-powered manual toothbrush and a true electric toothbrush (rechargeable or plug-in). I think it's strong enough for my small mouth. Some people say the brush head is too big. Compared to a real electric toothbrush, it is larger.
