CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT

I really give five stars for the company's customer service. Unfortunately, I found it a bit difficult to apply the product. I usually wear a sweatshirt and it just didn't fit me. This was the first bracelet I've ever tried and I realized that I don't think bracelets and I are incompatible. What really worked was the company sent an email saying if I wasn't happy with ANYTHING they could send it back no questions asked.

I use the armband while running, it's very strong and durable and doesn't slip when I swing my arms while running. I have an old iPod video that I work with and it's the same size as an iPhone 5 so this headband is great for both! Red Star Tec is extremely professional and fun to work with. They tracked my purchase immediately the day after my bandage was delivered to make sure I was happy with my purchase from them. This kind of customer service is rare these days but is greatly appreciated!

Exceeded my expectations!

I used my Red Star Tec as soon as I got it in the mail and I have to say that I am very satisfied. Before buying it, my biggest concern was whether it would fit in my phone case (iPhone 5 case) because I didn't want to take the case off every time. To my relief, my phone and case fit perfectly and I'm incredibly happy that the strap is adjustable so it can be worn on my small arm. It's too small for an iPhone 5 with thick cases. It's just two pieces of rubber and plastic glued together instead of a 3D case.

Received yesterday. As for the quality, it's not clear, but the size and dimensions don't match. Here it is: I handle my iPhone 5 with care and protect it with a thicker case (maximum about 0.4mm). So the first downside to the armband is a small pocket slot which I have to trim around the edges of the slot to fit the thicker iPhone; Since the phone is then longer, wider and thicker, it will only fit in the bottom of the bag but not the top; Even if the phone would fit in a pocket, there's…
