Cheap bandage but does the job. I can just plug in my headphones and skip to the next playlist or podcast. It doesn't look like junk on the hand, although on closer inspection it's clear that it's not expensive. My kit didn't include an extension, but my biceps aren't big enough to need one. It worked great with my iPhone 6 in a slim case, although I'm sure an otter would have trouble installing it. It's stretchy enough to fit my Galaxy S9 too!

I have run several times with this headband. I won't say it feels like it's not there at all, but at least it's comfortable enough not to bother me. The touchscreen works well through the plastic (but not the fingerprint sensor, which I wouldn't expect). The speakers are also audible, which is important to me as I use the Runkeeper and want to hear cues for training intervals, pace, etc. I took it out even in light rain with no problems. Overall this is a good headband for iPhone 6/6s. It fits snugly, the holes line up perfectly, the key case feels nice and is of good quality so I don't have to worry about it coming loose.
