I love the look of this dining chair. Its mid-century style is a rough complement to my Eames lounge chair, which was one of the reasons I bought it. The faux leather covers look very good. The wood veneer is subtle but not as realistic as the manufacturer's photo. Its low seating position keeps the dining area open and uncluttered. In general, a decent chair. I think you could use this chair as an office chair, dining chair or just a decorative living room chair. It sits a little lower than we'd like, but not too bad. I would not recommend this chair for tall or very tall people. I don't think it will be able to support heavier people, especially the back, over time.
