Very good stool and good quality, but box and stool are damaged. Return and replacement for the same reason are very pleasant.

The stitching in the picture matches the wood of the chair but when I received the chairs the stitching was black which ruined the look. The edges of the chairs were also damaged.

The base of this bar stool broke at the weld after 2 years of inconsistent use. I contacted Armen Living for a replacement as this is clearly a manufacturing defect. have to weld it back together.

I bought three of them. We are very happy with the quality and the look. But more importantly, I had a problem with one of the chairs and the manufacturer responded very quickly and told me how to fix the problem. Life is good!

I ordered two bar stools for my breakfast nook. The boxes arrived in perfect condition, well packaged, assembly took less than 10 minutes. The wooden base is beautiful and the leather is very well finished. The footrests are durable and very ergonomic. I would definitely buy them again if I needed more of them.

Not so durable I think you get what you paid for. We bought 3 of these about 1.5 years ago and although 2 of them are in great condition the bar stool cushion is falling off the wooden backrest. It looks like it has been fastened and that clamp is coming loose. I don't see how to fix this myself so just live with it as the other two are fine.
