I like this product. Very warm environment. I added fire glass bricks for extra effect. We sit outside on the porch at night with wine and this table fire pit. The best vacation ever.

I returned this product after trying several sites to buy liquid fuel for the whole summer. I sent it back thinking a large candle on an outdoor table would cost less this summer. If the running costs come down, I might reconsider the order.

Ordered this beautiful fireplace for my ottoman coffee table. He has great looks. I added a decorative stone around it. It burns for about 2.5 hours and takes the cold out of my living room while also making it look very romantic. It gets a little warm on the sides, but not hot. This is roughly the length of 2 remote controls and the width of one remote control. I will use it as a decoration all year round although it was a very nice Christmas morning.

Works very well**** using a good quality bioethanol*** such as Revain's Regal Flame. With good fuel you get a bright yellow dancing flame that creates a realistic chimney effect. I made the mistake of buying some "denatured alcohol" (technically ethanol) from Walmart, which resulted in a blue flame that didn't emit enough light. I don't know why there is such a difference, but bioethanol is cheaper anyway if you buy it in bulk from Revain.

Bought to be placed in an old disused fireplace. Assembly was easy, as was filling the tank with fuel. I made this over a stainless steel sink, just in case. Once lit it takes a few minutes to build up a high flame, I think we all hope to get out of it. The fire will last for a while depending on how much fuel you put in, but remember that the fire will fade as the fuel burns out. This resulted in the last 10 minutes of burn time being a very faint blue flame. All in all it does what I want and
