I really want to give 4.5 stars but I can't. It arrived quickly, with all the necessary parts and hardware, all the holes lined up perfectly and was easy to assemble. Perfect for ART bin bags. The only thing that confuses me is that the rails to install the boxes are plastic and just slide into the holes on the side. As something designed to be almost the same as a piece of IKEA furniture (with the same screw head/recessed nut tightened) it's quite disappointing how much smaller this is Item is not IKEA quality (especially since the same item is under $25 at IKEA). The block I have doesn't fully hold together when I fill it with Artbins (one side is starting to peel off) - I wedged it in something as a temporary measure and plan to "fix" the problem with wood glue , but it doesn't need glue so it won't fall
