I like the paper used in this notebook - it's thick and doesn't show through. But the spiral binding is too big.

As a keen draftsman I bought this sketchbook to take to Paris this June! I may not be able to go to Paris, but I will definitely go somewhere and DRAW! It's the perfect size, good paper weight. can use watercolor. I like it!

Nice little sketchbook. An affordable option given the page count and binding quality. The paper is incredibly smooth and has virtually no curl, making it great for drawing with ink pens.* The only downside I found was that the paper didn't pick up liquid/gel material without tearing. It is square and comes with an elastic cord to keep it closed when not in use or when travelling. Its size - 8" x 8" - can be more convenient when you need to carry it in a backpack or draw in a limited space.
