Works with no problems. I use it every day to extend my headset for my IP phone. The phone holder on the front only seems to be able to hold a phone if it doesn't have a case on it. I think most people have a phone case.

Works as expected. I had to deduct two stars because I don't like the light weight of this hub. The USB input cable is fixed. The cable is not very flexible and therefore the hub cannot easily be placed where I want it as the cable will fight with the hub. If the hub had some weight or if the manufacturer used an ultra-flexible input cable, this hub would undoubtedly have 5-star qualities. Bought this for travel. I like the looks and the compactness, but mine was defective. The blue light is on but nothing is charging when plugged in. :(Because I bought it for travel, I just tried it and the return period has expired. My fault.

This will add more USB ports to your laptop at home. The price difference between 2.0 and 3.0 was small. The phone grip lip is only applicable when there is no phone screen protector on it. Otherwise it is useless because it has no other use for it.

I bought this 4 port hub for my husband as he has a limited number of USB drives on his work laptop has and needs to transfer data all the time from one flash drive to another. Nice to have extra space to sync tablets and phones! Fantastic product for the money. Definitely recommend.

Sometimes I overload, I try to charge 2 tablets and 2 phones and one of them falls off. But it's been going for months now and I can connect my tablet to it to watch Netflix while playing games.

Actually I bought two of these for laptop and desktop although each has 4 USB ports more are needed for peripherals. The product does what it should. The only thing I wanted was for them to be black. Now I have little white wires along all the black ones. Yes, I know it's picky. USB objects are inserted and ejected smoothly. I like the design especially for a laptop as it is angled and I can quickly see what flash drives/camera/phone is connected to this NRG device. Highly recommended.

Bought two. The color was advertised as silver, they were white. They were advertised as compatible with Windows XP and Windows 10. They work with 10 but not with XP. I wanted to return them on credit but the return postage was about what it cost. Not a very good offer for me.
