Really warm light!

Fantastic! Do you know how hard it is to find warm light these days? Almost impossible. I stuck them in my ceiling fan and was blown away that they really were what they were on the list. These lamps dim the light well, there is no noise, the lighting is warm. The bulbs aren't incredibly bright, though, so if you're looking for something for detailed work, you might want those hideous white bulbs. However, if you light up your living room, bedroom or office, they are just perfect.

Good but short-lived - warranty support?

We bought the bulbs around March 13th but we couldn't fit them for about a month. These are beautiful lights BUT be careful and be forewarned. We have 5 lights that we installed lightbulbs in and within a week one of them started flickering and then went out. So since we bought 6, we put one in. And about 3 weeks ago another flickered a little and didn't go out. So in less than three months we had 2 defective lightbulbs. I can live with one, but with two I have a 33% bounce rate. Pay attention to the color rendering index (CRI) - this is important (for some)

We have 2 chandeliers, 24 bulbs. With LED lamps, small differences between manufacturers are particularly noticeable at lower Kelvin temperatures. We prefer the look of 2700K over 3000K. I didn't know, but the first set of lamps had a very high color rendering index: >90. These bulbs are >=80 but they still have a noticeable effect in our home, they have a slight "greenish" tint to them; not significant, but in the room they look a bit "fake", especially when compared to higher CRI bulbs.
