Love it in Lamps & Shades

This is the cutest lamp for our newborn daughter's room. It looks great, playful yet very sophisticated. Couldn't be happier and will be buying a second lamp to match. We bought the multicolored version.

The lampshade is black coated.

screen covered with black mesh. The mesh on the white drum creates a strange background for the multicolored sequins. I was so hoping it would be sweet, but it looks tasteless. We'll send it back.

Don't buy, look!

The shade is curved in an oblong shape. The piece of gold metal that you screw to the stand was bent and barely attached to the lampshade until it fell off. The third prong broke with little to no effort when I tried to bend it so the lampshade wasn't crooked. I never write reviews but it was worth saying how cheaply and terribly made it is.
