I just had to screw on the handles. Good size, white, not creamy. A small stain shows uneven attachment, but I only noticed that while checking for cracks and chips in the paint. Without smell. The box was dented, but I think that was from repeated loading and unloading. Bought when the price was $81.59 (lowest price I've seen from multiple sources). Available at Target and possibly Wal Mart, but nearby furniture store Bostwick Shoals no longer has these nightstands.

I used to only buy one bedside table when I bought a complete set in a furniture store. I later decided I needed a second bedside table and was thrilled to know I could get it at Revain! It is exactly the same as the one bought at the Ashley furniture store. Arrived well packaged with no damage. Only the drawer handles had to be used for assembly. One of the best purchases I've ever made from Revain. The quality of this bedside table is excellent. I can't believe I got this for such an amazing price. And it comes fully assembled (except drawer handles). The packaging was incredible - all 12 edges of the box were reinforced with thick cardboard staples and fully secured with packing tape. I've been looking for months for two black nightstands for $80-90 to no avail, so I decided to give Revain a try and came across this beautiful nightstand. I was a little hesitant to buy this product since I couldn't see it in person, but I'm so happy that I decided to buy it and I'm buying it because I'm happy! Pretty solid considering the price. The item arrived damaged in the top rear corner of the bedside table but luckily this is for my wife who sleeps on the right side of the bed (facing the bed) so the damaged corner is hidden. The damage is usually superficial, with the surface layer of the wood being scraped away. The item came fully assembled so the box was quite large but there is less work for me so I am satisfied. Maribel's black bedside tables are the same as Ashley Furniture but much cheaper and delivered free than I bought them. I love that they get together. Only the two handles have to be screwed on. They look great with our bed we bought online a while back and save space with small holes for things like a jewelry box or medicine that you need easy access to but not necessarily on the bedside table for others to see . .
