I'm glad it arrived already assembled. I'm still figuring out how to fit suspension files in - there weren't any instructions in mine. Drawers are a little tight. But in general I like the size and the look.

4 stars for looks, 3 stars for functionality as the drawers don't open smoothly. I ordered a hanging file frame to see if it would make working with files easier.

Obviously the people who built this filing cabinet never used it. No standard suspension files will be kept. The notches cut in the side of the cabinet to attach the rails that hold the suspension files were not cut deep enough to allow the cabinet to close when the suspension files are in use. STUPID STUPID STUPID

A very nice piece of furniture. My problem was that the top drawer doesn't close completely unless you push it so hard it all flies backwards. My husband has tried to fix it many times but as it is completely closed it is hard to see what you are doing. After it works on it and closes properly, I should be able to close it about 3 or 4 times before having the same problem again. A piece of crap. Poorly finished, so-called furniture. The pictures do not match the frame. They work but don't match the frame. They appear to be partially open. Arrived with two broken wheels. I had to ask for a replacement. Estimated delivery time two weeks. The cabinet pieces weren't finished, the rough "light" wood is visible, I had to use a paint marker to blend the wood. So this is the first furniture order online. I ordered a set that includes this filing cabinet, a desk and an oak office chair. I was in a furniture store and personally I liked the look, obvious quality and design of these items. I doubt that this is the "second" manufacturer. I ordered both this filing cabinet and a 60 inch desk. Almost every piece of wood in both products has an approximately 1 inch black mark that looks like it was made with black marker and they are all on the outside. furniture, not interior. File is good. The bottom drawer doesn't slide easily, but it might come loose with use, or I'll find a way to lubricate the rails. The drawers are not removed from the cabinet.
