I bought this to put on an old dark green striped quilt. There are no gradients at all. It doesn't smell like chemicals either. It is soft, all wrinkles are present. The zipper works well, the stitching is even. I can't say how it holds up in the wash, but it looks great!

Well, I'm a bit confused. With a zip at the foot end of the bed (where I suspect it should be), the duvet barely hangs from the sides of my large bed. With the zip on the side of the bed it seems to fit the bed proportionately with protrusions on the sides and end but I don't think it should. It's easy to wash and beautiful.

I wanted a new look for spring/summer and I love this white duvet cover. The quality is excellent! But the value for money is even better! If you have a king bed, I would suggest ordering a California king bed to ensure the duvet cover hangs over your mattress. My bed is a regular king and the California king barely fits.

I was very disappointed with this duvet cover. I really wanted to like it. When I put it on it was good but not as good as the pictures. Very quickly after use, the duvet continued to slide inside until it all slid sideways and curled up inside the duvet cover. I've never had this problem with the same duvet and multiple sheets. I wanted to return this item but missed the expiration date. I don't recommend it unless you're getting it for someone you don't like.

I've spent hours searching and comparing duvet covers in this price range and settled on this set. I'm very happy with it! Washed with just baking soda and a vinegar rinse before first use, then tumble dried on low. They came out mostly wrinkle free! I have several duvet covers. They all have a button closure. I have to say it's MUCH BETTER with the zipper! Wow, this reduces the time it takes to undo buttons to zero! I usually prefer the clean, simple look of my duvet covers, but I bought this for a production project and thought I needed the bed to have some visual interest.
