Run with Comfort and Style: ASICS Gel Scram Running Shoes in Black (Medium) Review

I ordered for my husband, he liked the first pair I bought. He said they are very comfortable for those who are constantly on their feet. They are really durable, he wore them for one hell of a year and the only reason I replaced them is because they looked very dirty. I ordered a second pair in a different color and he loved them just as much. I will be ordering a third pair soon!

Al falls from the second floor of his house, cracks his head open, and then has an out-of-body experience as a result. Always working for me. I'm taking off a star because they don't last long. Looking through my purchase history, they've been good for about 3 months. I walk about 50 miles a week and they end up at the 3 month mark. They're comfortable, but I'm looking for something better.

I bought these shoes for my 11 year old son and within 3 days the soles of both shoes started peeling off the bottom. For 1 week he stumbled on it. Terrible product. I strongly advise against buying this shoe.

I've been buying them for several years. I liked the extra wide heel area for stability. BUT they no longer have the same heel width as the sole. Too bad I've ridden many miles away from them and they are NOT NIKE.

I'm a handyman and I'm on my feet all day. This shoe feels great and can withstand heavy loads. When the work day comes to an end they are really comfortable when I change into my alter ego and practice soccer, great for running, good grip, decent ventilation. I like the laces, thick and strong.

I bought them despite reading reviews about the soles coming off. Only a few tracks go through, and the soles diverge in several places. Maybe just 25 miles and I've already changed my shoes.

I love these shoes but the sole fell apart after 6 months. I'll probably buy them again though - they've certainly been used a lot. Walked in it a lot and wore it all summer.

I think I made a mistake. This shoe is designed for "mud trails" and I do not recommend it for road running. The outsole was destroyed after a few runs. I expected more from Asics shoes. Either way, it's my fault. As for the seller, everything is fine. No important business.

Ok only for 2 weeks but very comfortable so bought another pair. The only concern is that other pieces have fallen off the sole. In this case, the rating will be downgraded.

The soles of the shoes were torn off. They looked like they had been worn before, the paper padding was not in the trunk and not in the factory box.

I've worn them out. I've walked them hundreds of miles, biked them, and just ridden them alive. They were soaked with sweat, dirt and all sorts of rubbish. They were very kind to my feet until they just couldn't take it anymore. . I need/want a new pair.

These are work shoes. I stock them and they work exceptionally well with minimal wear on the outsole or upper after a few months of wearing. comfortable and stylish too!

The tread of this shoe began to delaminate and fall off after about 4 weeks of wear. The photo shows shoes after 8 weeks of wear. More and more treads fall off. I have contacted the company we bought them from and we are asking for a refund or a new pair of shoes (not this shoe). We've had a lot of success with ASICS in the past, they just had production or design issues.

Good shoes for the price. Cool design and color. Good protection but definitely not waterproof. Higher sides but still with mesh upper so expect some dust or water to get inside. I changed the laces to be a little more muted because bright colors are not for me. Bought in 2018 for $46.

Great shoes to be honest I had to go back hoping for a bigger size. I usually wear a 12.5 but these are the closest to a 12. Sometimes you just need a little more space, but I really wish I had missed it.

I like the design of the shoe, but it's too narrow. Go up half a size. I bought it for work and by the end of the shift my legs were hurting. The shoes look and feel solid.

I ordered them a little larger because I've bought Asics shoes before and they seem a bit small to me, so I'll take half a size up.

As an avid hiker, I am very impressed with these shoes. Just did about 13 miles through Bryce Canyon and they were awesome! Lightweight, comfortable, durable feel and traction is very aggressive so slippage is minimal. I was concerned because I usually wear boots when hiking, but I liked these for a day hike.

I bought them for my husband. I've been wearing Asics for years, FINNALY made him try on a pair, he loves them! He works 8-10 hours a day standing/walking on cement floor, no longer complains about tired legs! We made him a believer. Thanks.
