I love the shoes but had to exchange them for a size larger. I would recommend trying it. Fantastic quality! My granddaughter loves them!

Very good running shoes. My daughter wears them often, hand and machine washed, they have not ripped, they have kept a beautiful color and are still very comfortable.

My daughters say they feel good, their legs feel better with arch support. My only complaint today is that the velcro broke after only 5 days. She can still wear them but is upset that it happened so early.

The picture and description clearly show (for size 2.5) that the shoes are lace-up, but we have already received velcro twice. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will take my business elsewhere.

Great shoes but as other reviewers have written the ebay photo does not match the buckle type on the product. Velcro is visible in the photo (which is why I bought them for my school age child) but they are lace up. The description says the lacing is under the clasp, so I'm dead wrong in assuming the photo was an actual image of the product. Too bad though.

I allow myself to trust the mostly great reviews of these sneakers. But the truth is that comfort/fit/appearance etc. doesn't matter if the velcro is totally badly constructed. As another reviewer pointed out, this strap doesn't go through the loop to return to the velcro - it only goes from one side to the velcro on the other side and therefore comes off far too easily. My active child cannot climb/run until the natural curvature of the foot releases the strap and often even drops the boot.

My son loves these shoes. I love that they look like lace-ups, but I don't have to worry about them unraveling. We've had them for 6 weeks now and they're still holding up great.

Perfect for my son for school and play. Go for size. Will definitely buy a size up when he outgrows this pair. The quality is great and are very comfortable..

Narrow, so good for thin legs. This is the second time my son has had these shoes (in different sizes!) and he's already asking for other colors when he outgrows this pair!

They are very comfortable from the start. Lightweight and fits as expected. The laces are designed to fit snugly around the foot. Well done.

The shoes are a little tight, but the length is right. The tongue is sewn to the boot, I had to cut it off so the tongue covered the top of the boot.

Wrong advertising in the picture when ordering size smaller than 1. The picture showed shoes with laces but when it arrived it was velcro.

Decay in a month. I understand kids don't walk well in their shoes, but this is Asics, not a discount brand. Unfortunately the velcro at the top was not attached to the two pairs I bought so this looks like a general quality issue.

Walk a little on the small side. Had to exchange for half a size larger for my 9 year old son. You work great for him. Especially for the price.

The daughter was attracted to the colors. The price convinced me! My daughter uses inserts in her sneakers and these shoes fit perfectly!

These sneakers fit perfectly. Bought these for my daughter to dance to and she says they look like they're dancing on a cloud. Very easy.

I bought these for my granddaughter, she loves everything about them especially the color. The fit was as expected but ordered a 1/2 size stock, it fit better.

The photo shows shoes with Velcro and sports laces. The shoes they sent me had no velcro and regular laces. Not only is the image intentionally misleading, but the product is way overpriced for what it is.

Velcro fasteners were used instead of laces. This is disappointing next as running shoes. They are heavier than our existing New Balance and Nike running shoes. Finally. Shoes don't fit as well. Go up a size or two.

I have never seen such a poorly processed Velcro. Usually there is a long strap that goes through the side of the shoe and then folds itself so that one side sticks to the other side, but instead they just have a top strap that sticks to a small piece of material on the side . shoes, and there's no way the shoe will fit properly or last long once that little piece of material wears out. Terrible design, don't fix what ain't broke. Do not buy. My son didn't like these shoes and neither did I.
