The best part is that it's easy to use when compared with other software out there! It saves time in gathering requirements from clients which helps us deliver quality products faster than our competitors because they spend more money upfront then save overheads later down the line thanks to this tool!! I think if someone wants something simple without any bells & whistles but just good enough functionality would be nice rather having complicated tools like others who charge much higher prices.

I like that everything is organized in one place so it's super easy to navigate as well as create new content and keep track of all my projects with their sub-tasks. Sometimes the site feels slow when loading. It takes time to load my dashboard but once loaded it's nice to see all the progress I've made throughout the week. The customer service was excellent - they were always available for questions and I never had any issues working with them. We used their platform primarily as our online store but also occasionally as a fulfillment center (we didn't have enough space in-house).
