Excellent Customer Engagement and Collaboration Tool

The ability to create rules that allows me to control/track everything at one place instead of having different applications for each service (call center, email etc.). I can monitor all my customer's communications through this tool which is great if you wish to have visibility over your entire enterprise. It does not allow some features such as being able to set up an alert when certain keywords are used in emails or call logs but overall it has enabled us to manage our contact centers…

  • It's not able to do the most basic task, which is to send emails and track the calls

Easy-to Use and User Friendly Call Center Solution

The best thing about this software is that it's very easy for new people who are not familiar with VoIP technology or Softphones like Lync client to use them easily without any problems they will face while using softphone in their office network. It has been almost one year since I have started working at my current place but if you want to switch from your old phone system then go ahead because there is nothing much which i dislike here as well. If anyone wants an excellent voice…

Great product, even better customer service

The ability for multiple clients or organizations within one account/company to have their own specific service plans with different pricing than others is very helpful when dealing with large companies that deal in many products at once (as we do). We can also change our plan without having to call customer support every time! There are some limitations such as not being able to add new devices through self-service like other providers offer but it's still better then going into an office each

  • The device limitations can be frustrating
