The ability for multiple clients or organizations within one account/company to have their own specific service plans with different pricing than others is very helpful when dealing with large companies that deal in many products at once (as we do). We can also change our plan without having to call customer support every time! There are some limitations such as not being able to add new devices through self-service like other providers offer but it's still better then going into an office each week just to get things done so I'm willing to put up wth it sometimes since nothing else compares yet!!
