Disappointing Performance from Finishing Sander

Based on my experience using this sander, I cannot recommend it. While it may be labeled as an industrial and scientific tool, it fell short in its performance. The sandpaper frequently slipped off the pad and the motor struggled to maintain a consistent speed. On the plus side, the handle was comfortable to grip for extended periods of use. However, the cons outweigh the pros and I would not purchase this sander again.

Pros
  • Powerful motor helps achieve smooth finishes quickly and efficiently
Cons
  • Noisy operation can be disruptive and require hearing protection

Smooth grinding on grinders

Has a nice finish with a 3/32 stroke. Ideal for rear repairs. I liked it so much that I bought another one. I have a busy paint and body shop.

Pros
  • Hand and power tools
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Easy for Sanders

I'm certainly not a bodybuilder so I don't have the experience to say how good this grinder is but I can say it's lighter than my friend's more expensive grinder and it worked as good as his. This is better than hand sanding. Every do-it-yourselfer and, according to my professional friends, also enjoys this mill. She uses sandpaper, which I don't like. But for a few extra dollars you can get velcro if you want.

  • Sanders
