wrongly made for brake tools

disassembly tool, wrongly processed, needs a groove in a handle to install springs, nail cap insertion and removal tool, beveled, caps slide from all sides, difficult to grip the nail . I will repair these parts myself.

The handle of the spring removal tool sucks

As others have said, the spring removal tool's plastic handle breaks fairly easily. The handle then rotates when you try to use the tool, so you can't rotate it to remove the spring. I had to use a vise to rotate the tool.

They do not fit spring clips.

This kit is useless. The tools are cheap and do not properly match the brake springs. I ended up using a screwdriver and pliers to remove and replace the brake springs on my Nova. Don't waste your time and money on this disappointing useless kit.

Looks like a cheap kit, let's see how long it lasts

Very cheap kit. I knew I bought it. But I was convinced it was cheap when I opened the box and was able to get the tools. Not the best quality. I doubt the quality of the steel used. But for the price, even if everything breaks, I'm not going too much. Let's see how long these tools last.

Not happy with brake adjusting tools

I finally got the chance to use this set and work on my brakes. One of the spring removal tools either broke on first use or was already broken when I received the set. The handle moved instead of the end of the tool, as if it wasn't actually attached to the handle, but simply rotated around the tool itself. I had to use a vise at work, which I tried to avoid. The only reason I didn't get a star is that the shorter feather removal tool used on the feathers in the center of the pad worked well.

I used to make a lot of drum brakes and had a good (albeit cheap) tool kit that worked just like them.

This kit is mostly junk. The curl on the tongs is completely wrong. Tool for turning and removing feathers, center too small. The tool used to fit the small springs that the pen slides through has no rib, so the holder slips off. I used to have lots of drum brakes and a good (albeit cheap) tool kit that worked as it should, but I gave it away when I thought I was done with the brakes. I needed to fix the brakes on a trailer so I ordered them, I had to heat or drill them to make them work. I…
