🔧 Astro 9477H1 H1 Jaw - Spark Plug Connector, 17 Gauge, 1 Meter DIN Cable Review

Great set of astro stamps. Very good quality and excellent fit and finish. Greatly increases the utility of the Astro Crimper Set.

Astro Clamp 9477 H1 is ideal for heavy duty 8mm universal spark plug leads for crimping the ends of the terminals on the lead.

Quality die that should probably be in the standard 9477 kit but still not too expensive. Enables professional crimping of spark plug wires.

These spark plug wire crimp dies work great. Please note that these inserts are not only suitable for the Astro 9477 crimping tool, but also for the Wirefy crimping tool (see photo). Ratchet crimpers are simply fakes, so the dies are often interchangeable regardless of the name printed on the tool itself.

I don't do a lot of connector wires but after screwing one up the professional look and secure fit was totally worth it. Other small crimping pliers also came in handy where some other jaws weren't crimping properly. The Astro cheek markings are a bit annoying.
