Bought this along with a 2x barlow to breathe some life back into an old Meade reflector and get my children interested in astronomy without spending too much. Works great as long as you keep expectations reasonable. Seems to have a solid build quality without the cheapo plastic you might expect at this price point. I'm no expert and don't know for sure but I suspect these come from the same off shore factories that churn out some of the popular name brand's products.

Well i bought this eyepiece over the Orion because the reviews on here said it was the same or better than the Orion. i wouldnt know because I dont own an Orion, but i do own some kelner designs that came with my telescope, and they have a much more crisp clear view than this eyepiece . While it looks fine and and it fits fine, the image is not focused across the whole eyepiece. You have to continually put the sweet spot in the center of the viewing image.

A good ep for the price. I've liked all of the items I've gotten from this company so far. Well built and good prices. Limited compatibility with third-party accessories and adapters.
