Description of ASUS Vivobook 14 Fingerprint Accessories
- Compact, lightweight, quiet. Fast. Nice keyboard, large touchpad, several levels of keyboard backlighting. Good screen.
- I can't say anything yet, the general feeling is very positive
- Gorgeous machine, the processor is just fire, 8 cores, 16 threads, the performance is far from mobile - a huge difference from the mobile Core i7 that I had on previous laptops. The difference in performance with the common Core i7 8550U is about 4 times (2 times faster performance per core and 2 times more cores). Quiet, compact, lightweight, very fast, a lot of expansion ports (2 regular USB, 2 Type-C, HDMI), the most for work, but you can also play. The built-in video card - my respect, drags Cyberpunk in medium settings with a frequency of 40-50 FPS. USB Type-C ports are full, you can connect an external monitor, power supply, etc. A comfortable keyboard, a very nice clear key travel, I liked the way the power button is made - it is recessed into the case, which prevents accidental pressing, and it has a good fingerprint scanner built into it to unlock it. The webcam closes with a mechanical shutter - for the paranoid, that's it. Good cooling system. The lid opens 180 degrees - you can not be afraid to accidentally break it. Autonomy is decent for such a powerful hardware - it does not set records, but you can safely work without an outlet.
- The screen is not so hot, of course. There is a mistake in the description - there is no OLED there (I knew when buying, it's easy to check). You can work only if the work is not related to graphics, there are light spots on a dark background, and this is for all copies - we took 5 of these to the company, all the same. Another of the minuses is a very easily soiled case - that's right in general.
