Asus is generally good, but this is a disappointment. The main problems are viewing angles and color reproduction. My 13 year old 10 inch LCD looks better than this one. You have to look at it directly to get an idea of the right color. I got it for a multi monitor setup and was very disappointed. The return was easy and painless although I will give it to them. Finally, the refresh rate and response time were okay, nothing special. TL,DR I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy

I am usually a fan of Asus products as they are well designed and good quality. Unfortunately it didn't work with this monitor. I was looking for one with speakers so I can switch between working and plugging in a Roku or games console to narrow down my choices. While this Asus is good for video streaming and gaming, it's not good for text. Even with reduced brightness and increased contrast, I couldn't get an acceptable black color for my text.

Don't waste money. Bought it for Christmas and it stopped working on April 21st, not even 5 months of use. The monitor itself felt flimsy, but ASUS has always had good results in the past. Turns out it's just cheap junk.

The only thing that was good about this monitor was the text clarity. the screen looked washed out, the images didn't look natural. The faces of the people had a green tint. If an ad had a dark background or a large image on a web page, the screen would automatically dim, making all images even worse. Quality is excellent but is sold and described as 75Hz. This monitor is 60 Hz. So buyers beware. Incorrectly described.

First let me say this is NOT a 120Hz monitor. Not only did I magically pay $150 for this item, it was falsely advertised and I can't be upset anymore. Despite all of this I can say that this is a great extra monitor for my mother who I decided to gift it to. 75 Hz refresh rate AGAIN SEVENTY-FIVE GERTIE does well with simple tasks and my mother's tasks. I would not recommend this to any avid gamer, especially for the price I paid for it.

A bit expensive for my taste but my partner recommended it to me and I don't regret this purchase. The settings are just perfect for me.

A great monitor for gamers who don't want to spend too much. I use it daily for work and play and the image quality is excellent. Highly recommended for the price alone, however the monitor stand it sits on detaches from the monitor when you try to lift it, but you can see it's designed that way for maximum adjustability.

Advertised as "120Hz" but you won't even get 75. You won't get deep colors here either, the entire display looks washed out. I spent about 15 minutes trying to improve the colors but there was no significant improvement. This monitor offers no more than other cheap monitors, but costs about $10-$20 more. For a cheap 1080-60Hz monitor, save some money and buy the AOC E2270SWHN instead. For games with the advertised "120Hz"? Forget it. Obviously false advertising.

I ran both monitors in the screen test (solid black), this ASUS monitor (left) is extremely "whitened" and the bottom edge of the screen is significantly brighter! Unfortunately, this is a fixable issue no matter what settings I've tried. * My eyes get tired at the sight of this monitor going back. *By the way, this is an LCD monitor, not an LED monitor as advertised.

He does what he has to. I really wish the picture was clearer but I can't complain for the price. I received 2 as gifts for my kids for their play facility. They really like the built-in reticle, which can be activated in the settings to make aiming easier.

We use it all the time. I use it for work, kids use it for play. It's good for casual gaming and email. It has speakers (👍). HDMI, and it's affordable. I'm not sure how this works for a professional gamer or someone who works with graphics.
