Powerful, Lightweight Laptop for On-the-Go

This laptop is perfect for anyone seeking portability and power in one. The Ryzen processor allowed for fast processing of large documents and programs while on-the-go. Its lightweight design made it easy to travel with, yet the screen size and resolution were impressive. Only downside was the price point, but for a quality laptop, it's definitely worth the investment. Based on my observations, ASUS did an excellent job creating a reliable and efficient laptop for the modern user, especiallyโ€ฆ

Excellent laptop for the price

Great computer and nice OLED display that gets pretty bright. There was also no entry, the computer had an upgradeable NVMe PCIe 3x4 slot housing a 512GB NVMe. You can use the Samsung 1TB 970 Evo Plus NVMe to upgrade. You can't use 2TB because the memory slot is very thin and one side of the NVMe needs to be flat and one of the sides has nothing on it. In terms of RAM, there is 8 GB. I've used it to play old PC games like Oregon Trail and Where In The World Is Carmen Sandiego, I've surfed theโ€ฆ

The ratio of price and quality is very pleasing, I will repeat the purchase.

I"ll take it as a feature: Although the case is assembled quite qualitatively, some crunches are periodically present. Some edges of the laptop are too sharp, especially the bottom under the touchpad. Lack of an operating system (I have win 11 installed, with a purchased license key for ebay for 250 rubles, it took 30 minutes, all drivers are installed correctly)

Pros
  • Price: I got it for 69,990 rubles. Body: 1.1kg, compact, all-metal, ideal for out-of-office/on-the-go use. Opens with one hand, no need to hold the case (test on a MacBook) Screen: very juicy Full HD OLED with thin bezels (IPS look a bit disgusting now, check it out for yourself) Processor: Core i5 11 generation, quite energy efficient. RAM: 16 GB of really fast LPDDR4X (soldered on the board) which is more than enough to get the job done. Quiet: An efficient cooling system that practically makes itself felt during daily office tasks. Sound: an excellent harman / kardon sereo system (I even listen to music sometimes, of course it works quieter than the Yandex Mini 2 speakers), a pair of good clear microphones. Touchpad and keyboard: comfortable keys with a soft stroke (3 levels of backlighting), a large glass (?) touchpad, with the ability to display a number block. Battery life: 12 hours of use - easy (67Wh battery, huge for such a compact laptop), 65w type-c charger included. It is very important that you can charge this laptop even with a phone charger in case of emergency. Interfaces: 2 type-c (both for charging, both Thunderbolt), type-a, HDMI, micro SD. P.S. excellent working infrared camera for user identification by face even in the dark (clear recognition, glasses are not a hindrance) Definitely one of the best ultrabooks on the market.
