I bought a product that doesn't work in my primary need.

I cannot send outgoing messages. It just doesn't work. I follow the instructions and nothing happens. This is unacceptable. Please let me know how to return this product and get my money back.

  • Autoresponder
Cons
  • Useless functions

Very happy with AT&T 1772.

Fairly good answering machine. I have had this car for many years. The only problem I've had lately is that the device doesn't always pick up when someone calls on line 2. The sound doesn't seem that crisp either, but I suppose it should be if it's over 10 years old. Great machine for small business with two lines. It's also great that you can record four announcements and not change them all the time.

Pros
  • Office electronics
Cons
  • Some flaws

Revan is back in business!

We have had an AT&T 1772 two-line digital answering machine for about 15 years. Earlier this year he had issues that couldn't be resolved, so I started looking for a replacement. We were looking for a new device, but almost all answering machines today are built into the phone and we didn't want that – we wanted an old-fashioned answering machine. The few answering machines I've found didn't have all the features we've come to expect from AT&T, and almost all received less than desirable…
