Not the best phone or delivery, not many options.

This item took 2 days to even ship and only a week to receive it, the sound quality is poor, I will only leave it because the landlines are going away and the choice and quality is going down as well a way. The answering machine sounds horrible and there is a hissing noise when I make a call. My previous AT&T phone wasn't that bad and wore out over time I think, but this phone system is terrible.

Easy to program and gets the job done

This phone does the job perfectly. Programming is easier than some other models. The price is reasonable, the sound quality is sufficient. The battery capacity is much better than my previous WiFi. There are two areas that I missed. No flashing indicator to alert you of missed calls or voicemail. Also, it is not possible to program a home message center password by entering a voicemail access number. The rest of the phone is satisfactory.

It's terrible best in landline

They arrived on Monday and I'm buying another set from Panasonic on Saturday. Although I can't return them because I threw away the packaging before realizing my mistake, they are so bad I just don't care. I bought these based on the reviews as I wanted better sound quality than my old set. It could be marginally better, but it doesn't matter because of all the other issues. You leave the handset with the sound on, and when you answer the next call, the sound is quiet again. Dialing is strange…
