Too expensive for poor quality

This device was a huge disappointment. Pros: It was easy to hook up, but let's face it, it's not rocket science. the ear will hurt after about an hour of use; it is very heavy for a wireless device. Also, and this is the only reason I sent it back, the headset tips are of very poor quality. I started with the ear cup shown in the picture but after a day it broke and didn't last anymore. I contacted AT&T and after two tries they replaced the correct size. It also lasted a day. While waiting for…

Spend a little more to buy another brand.

For the money I expected a better product. The headband is thin. The part on the headset that connects the earcups is also flimsy and doesn't let you wear the mic a comfortable distance from your mouth (I have a loud voice). The volume is mediocre. People who speak softly are very difficult to understand at maximum volume. The mute feature, which is critical for conferencing, notifies you that the audio is on and then beeps while you're muted. When muted, it says "mute" and lets you speak…

Great Idea - Great Support - Unresponsive Tech

I bought this to free up my workspace and combine the power of a landline and softphone without having to have a phone on my desk. With a softphone I should be able to enter numbers or use a synchronized address book. BUT IT DOESN'T WORK. After working with a great support team, here's what we've learned, but engineers can't handle even the simplest of tasks.
