They are indeed a bit abrasive but exfoliate the skin well. I have found that you cannot use these gloves as washcloths due to the texture and slightly abrasive finish of the gloves and caution is advised in sensitive areas. ( If you know what I mean). They do exactly what they are supposed to do. would recommend.

This is the second review. I've used these gloves twice, the second time there was a rope hanging from the first finger of the glove which was long so I pulled on it and it unraveled the entire tip of my glove. Although my hands are medium sized, the gloves are small. I've only used them once so I can't say if they will last long. I'm sure it depends on how often you use them. Anyway, I'm glad they get dry skin off my feet and hands while showering.
