I loved this pan (it doesn't stick and is easy to clean) until it suddenly stopped working when I was making pancakes. I would contact the seller (maybe they replace it) but I don't have contact details of the company.

That's a little less than most. The surface is great, the bacon is cleaned with kitchen paper immediately after cooking and the eggs cook straight away. Heat distribution is not as good as advertised. "BIG" disadvantage is a grease trap. I had to empty it 4 or 5 times while cooking 1lb of bacon. The controller is the same as everyone else. The surface is the focus of the company. Honestly I would go for a bigger pan for less money.

I need to keep the food in the middle of the pan so it can cook. It looks like the heat is not being distributed. You also have to keep the temperature control on the highest setting to allow my food to cook. I may have received a bum product but he is very disappointed. I needed a new pan as my old one didn't work. and now I have to keep looking for another. In a good way, I like that it doesn't contain Teflon

I'm looking at a model with a flat surface. This grill is suitable for meals for one person such as grilled ham and cheese. When preheating, the temperature is even and the cooking is even. This pan saved lives. I had several pans and they always heated up along the heating element. This one really seems to dissipate heat all over the top. So far we've done something to it every day, sometimes twice a day. This is a good size, we put 8 baby size pancakes on each, they are about the same size as a frozen pancake. I love how easy it is to clean. I've burned it a few times with cheese, shredded cheese, and queso and both rubbed off quickly.

The grill worked for 6 months, then the thermostat failed. We were referred to the company's warranty department. We have emailed photos/videos of the problem with no heat in the pan. We were told the temperature controller was not covered under warranty even though we had a 1 year warranty.
