Super comfortable and trendy

They fit perfectly and this has to be one of the most comfortable work shoes I've ever bought. The fact that they easily pass as dress shoes is also a win for me. I'm still in the withdrawal phase and I don't feel tense or anything. I have a pair of classic Rockport shoes and I love them so purchasing them wasn't difficult. Definitely recommend them.

Not for work

Upper wears away exposing composite toe box within two days of wear. Shoes do not provide arch support at all. If you sit at your desk all day and occasionally go to places where safety shoes are required, these might be right for you. If you have to work on your feet all day, buy something else. This is by far the worst safety toe shoe I have ever bought.

a little more padding for the insole would do well

They feel nice. This is one of the best steel toe shoes on the market. I wear an 8.5-9 and ordered a 9. They are a little long to wear. However, there is plenty of space. The outer fabric is stretchy and breathable. I wore them that first day and the break-in time was minimal. It seems they only adjusted after my foot warmed them up. Nice pair of shoes.
