Exactly what I expected

I saw a review from the guy who posted the video on how flimsy this stand was but look you pay $30 for the stand it's only a slim cheap stand BUT it holds quite a bit of video. I have 2 of these and they seem to be holding up well. I can secure the "shelves" with wire or black velcro, but straight out of the box it's a worthwhile purchase at only $30 and it's perfect for the small space I plan to use.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Works great with large capacity

Bought as an 'open box' (saved $10). The plastic inserts (used to attach the stand to the base) were missing along with some screws. But I decided I didn't need the base anyway, so I used zip ties to connect the top and bottom instead of screws. It worked great! Other reviewers note the lack of strength and loss of shelving. But the shelves need to be fixed with pliers. For added security, I attached the block to the wall. It works great with a large capacity and fits in a very tight (otherwise

The perfect wire CD rack

This CD rack is just what you've been looking for. The wire works where I want it, but the tall, heavy wooden tower doesn't. I wanted to put it on the bookshelf next to the radio/cd player, not on the floor. It consists of 2 parts. Instead of joining them together, I put a wooden shelf on top of one piece and just added wire shelves to the other to hold it together. So many reviews have complained about the stand being too flimsy and falling apart. That didn't happen with mine. Just for extraโ€ฆ

Not bad but you need HELP

I like the style, size and overall device. He has a BIG problem. You need to make something like a "liner" for the shelves. Otherwise, your DVDs or CDs will fly forward at the slightest provocation. I pulled out the film and the others on that shelf jumped out and did seppuku on the floor. When moving the shelf, expect ALL the drawers to be on the floor. The problem is that there are only 3 bars on the shelves. One in the back, one in the middle and one in the front. The sleeves are differentโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • weak

I am very happy with this adjustable media rack from Atlantic! Especially my wife. Yes, I still buy CDs. In this case, the rack contains a collection of rare classic CDs in digipak format. He keeps her safe and well. The wire design is well camouflaged when full (my wife loves it!). I placed some additional support crates on the base and lowered two shelves. It seems rock solid. It was very easy to assemble. Actually somewhat intuitive. And when it's full, it's pretty stable. It serves us wellโ€ฆ

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Secret

Rough. Was considering securing it with washers to move the left screws but that would have looked even worse than it does now. And painted completely black. The image looks chrome or white to me; definitely not black. Ugly. The Plus is packed in a somewhat small, light box, which is clearly emphasized by the factory packaging. And this item cannot be returned in the box, at least for me, as I cannot replicate the manufacturer's packaging method. I don't think anyone can. I've never had aโ€ฆ

Weak and not DVD compatible

Beware of falling objects! DVDs love to fall off this shelf because (A) it has to be the most fragile shelf I've ever bought and (B) the shelf is flat, wired and not designed for DVDs at all. I mean it's technically possible in the sense that you can put them on a shelf while standing (horizontal is too wide for a shelf), but they love to fall forward because of the slack in the wire they use and is sparse. For CD? Of course. blu-ray? Yes. DVD? At least not in your lifetime, unless you want toโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Thick black steel construction. Freestanding with base or wall mount.
Cons
  • Unsafe

Pay attention to quantity restrictions.

Fairly easy to assemble but designed to be wall mounted as it is a bit unstable. It works in my area where there is no traffic and it fits the depth perfectly. I liked the idea that there would be no "dead space" for my DVD storage, but that's not entirely true. There are additional shelves that would be needed if you were storing CDs on a shelf. The middle row, where the connection between the two halves of the stand is, doesn't allow for a connector as it's too thick, so I lost some spaceโ€ฆ

  • Media Storage - 8 Adjustable Shelves
Cons
  • So far so good

Inexpensive and thin enough to reflect

I was browsing the various shelves at Revain the other day. I expected this to not only hold a significant amount of media (which it mostly does) but also be stable. It's just not that stable. They have three main parts. The lower part of the grandstand, the lower part of the "tower" and the upper part of the "tower". First off, not very good plastic washers/nuts were used at the very bottom to screw in the base to attach it to the bottom of the tower. 2 out of 4 don't screw in properly. Weโ€ฆ
