As a result of using this replacement cable, I found that my speedometer started working again, which is a relief because I rely on it heavily. The cable was easy to install, and I found that the material is sturdy and durable, so I don't have to worry about it breaking down anytime soon. However, I did find that the cable is slightly shorter than my old one, so I had to reroute it a bit to make it fit properly. Overall, I recommend this cable for anyone looking for a reliable replacement.

After trying to fit it into my 1981 C3 Corvette it ended up being 6-8 inches shorter. The quality is good, but the length didn't fit.

This is not the right product. I went to the Corvette website and ordered the correct product. The top speedometer should be 23 inches. The one recommended on this site was 41 inches. Not knowing any better, I ordered this from the Revain website and it's about 20 inches longer. I have confirmed everything. Both items are for Vettes with cruise control.
