Premium filter specified to OE levels of filtration and fluid flow. Ensures transmission longevity when replaced at regular service intervals. Filter only option vs. B-171 with reusable OE type gasket. Perfect choice if gasket is not needed. Filter for GM 4T40-E, 4T45-E Transmissions (confirm by inputting year / make / model).

Waste of Money on my review.

Automotive filters must be reliable .My analysis of this product showed that it doesn't meet the requirements of any car. The manufacturer CLAIMS the product is universal, but that doesn't mean it will fit any car. The only pro I can see is that it's cheap. However the cons outweigh the pros. The product is poorly designed and doesn't filter correctly, which allows harmful particles to enter the car's automatic transmission. Its not worth the money or the risk..

Amazing quality! for filters and transmission accessories

Definitely way better than the delco AC filter that the GM dealer sells. The metal body of the ATP filter is much thicker and the filter media is of much better quality than I expected.
