I ordered this brace for day use. I have two others that I use at night. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome while pregnant. I HAVE to sleep with a corset on both arms every night. I wanted an orthosis that would still allow it to function like a sleeping orthosis with support. At first I liked this bandage, but after about two weeks the velcro no longer stuck. It's very comfortable and keeps my wrist in the perfect position.
