Media could not be loaded. I mentioned a few months ago that the quality of the brace is amazing but the velcro could have been better as some other people have mentioned. I can say without a doubt that they have solved this problem and have done everything to make this brace truly the best on the market! It's great to see a brand that listens to customer feedback and provides such a first class service. This is honestly the best shopping experience I've ever had! Not only have they greatly improved the orthosis, I really liked the overall design and even the instruction manual that came with it is easy to read and very detailed! The bonus e-book that was included was a nice touch and the simple and easy to do exercises are something you can do day in and day out and really help with my carpal tunnel and wrist pain. Mary at ATX was kind enough to send me a new and improved strap absolutely free of charge and also went out of her way to answer all of my questions and requests. Speaking of product superiority, this brand really is out of this world! The new and improved REVIO wrist brace is hands down the BEST tunnel wrist brace at Revain as I've compared them to all other brands here. The old design had 3 straps, but the new design has a sort of flap that makes the brace look almost like a glove and easily fits in your hands! In addition to being larger and stronger, the Velcro surface is covered with high-quality neoprene for a comfortable fit against the skin. Basically, the entire orthosis feels very comfortable and supportive, like you're putting your hand on a blanket-like cloud. I can't recommend it enough, I would give it 6 stars if I could!
