Audiense is the world’s pioneering Audience Intelligence platform, helping marketers and consumer researchers to be innovative and develop relevant audience-centric strategies through proprietary social consumer segmentation, and providing insights on who they are and how to engage with them in the most meaningful way. Served more than 100k+ customers globally since 2012 from our offices in the UK and Spain. We have two products: #1 Audiense Insights: Audience intelligence and segmentation #2 Audiense Connect (aka Socialbro): Twitter marketing tool Unique challenge: Culture is always on the move, making difficult for existing consumer segmentation to keep up. Audiense's social consumer segments are derived from consumers’ behaviour “in the wild”, making it more likely to reflect real affinities, and become a powerful new input to the segmentation strategy. Marketers can use Audiense to rapidly identify unique approaches to marketing to consumers that, because they stem from rich and varied social data, provide competitive differentiation. What are we trying to solve? #1 Traditional consumer research is time-consuming, static and very expensive #2 Organisations are struggling to incorporate social data to their strategy. Using Audiense is like trying to read between lines

The ability of understanding your target audiences' interest by using AI technology which helps you create more targeted campaigns that resonate well within their communities or segments as comparedto other platforms I have used earlier! It has helped me understand what my customers want from our products/services so it's very helpful for creating better content marketing strategy (and also improve customer service).
