While this is a great product for building your system I highly recommend having it installed by a professional. If you don't know what you're doing, mounting your speakers is very easy. The signal-to-noise ratio is excellent.

I bought one of these used 10 years ago and it started acting so weird I decided it was time was to order a new one. I'm running this on 8 18" digital projects with a 60,000 watt taramp. I also run the matrix with 6 x 10, 4 x 8 and 15 super tweeters. The Sound Control Matrix is true!

line driver works well. The problem was the connector, which lacked power, ground and a remote screw. Contacted the seller and was offered a refund or told I could contact the company directly but didn't want to either. I ended up taking the connector out of my old line driver and using it for the new one. Would have received a 5 star rating if the seller had offered to receive and ship the missing part.

My system always sounded weak, had to keep volume high most of the time to hear it (including hissing/whistling). I installed the matrix, adjusted my gains, and lo and behold, it came alive. Speakers in the doors are clear and sharp, subwoofers hit twice as hard. I feel like my speakers are now heavily loaded and the music sounds clear with no background noise.
