Fits easily and fits perfectly. I like it because it gave me a handy place to store loose small items that were rattling at the bottom of bags.

I've used Saddleman's brand organizers to secure the bottoms of trunk lids on three different bikes and I've always had trouble with the velcro, which came loose after a while. I stopped using that style and switched to these organizers and I no longer have the problem. You have a great price and a great product. I would definitely buy them again.

Overall I think this would be a decent organizer for a tough motorcycle saddlebag. It's easy to install, just insert the saddlebag pivot bolts into the holes and that's it. The problem is that the top edge of the organizer sticks out too much and interferes with closing the trunk lid, I had to press down on the lid and press down firmly on the latch to fit properly. I tried it out right away when I got it in preparation for a long trip but it just doesn't work very well so it's going back.
