Description of 🐦 Aunt Martha's Hot Iron Transfers #3747 Avian Allies

Aunt Martha's hot iron transfers #3747--Birds of a Feather. Use for embroidery, fabric painting, wearable art, needlepoint and other crafts. These designs would make really cute dish towels, pot holders, hot pads, decorative clothing, pillows or quilt. The set contains a fluffy little tweety bird doing different things for each day of the week. Each design is good for several stampings!!.

Not What I Expected

After trying this product, I was left disappointed. The transfer did not adhere well, leaving me with a messy final product. The only positive was that the design itself was nice. As someone who loves arts and crafts, I was hoping for better quality. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Pros
  • Easy to apply onto fabric with an iron
Cons
  • Requires a steady hand to transfer the design accurately

Adorable on tea towels

I bought several of these. I cut my weekends short and just dress up some birds. I placed them on retro vintage kitchen towels and they are adorable. Most can be embroidered in a day if you're persistent like me! I mainly use primary colors; red, blue, green and yellow. I give them as a gift. My friends love handmade gifts. It's adorable!

Pros
  • These patterns can be made into really cute kitchen towels, oven mitts, heating pads, decorative garments, cushions or blankets.
Cons
  • Out of fashion
