Cable works for BMW E66

I did not use the software that came with it. However, I was able to connect to my car (2007 750Li) using ISTA+ and this cable.

Software installation

I could not install the software correctly. There are two separate files with different installation steps and neither of them work. Probably the downloaded version would have been better if there was a link to the CD somewhere.

works once! No problem

I was able to use it to reprogram my BMW to fix a few error codes that I no longer wanted to see because I changed the bulb type. This item worked great, my laptop found the USB and the software found the OBD connector. The cost was about half that of other similar products.

Download the BMW INPA/Tool32/NCS/WinKFP software from a trusted source on the Internet.

I would not recommend using the software provided on the CD. It didn't work and several files are missing. Also, INPA is in German, you can find one of the webs in English/German. The USB to OBII cable works great, with a good laptop and the right software you should be connected to your car's computer system in minutes. I have a computer, cables and INPA settings so I can access ALL the functions of my machine in 30 seconds.
