Received a used product

I was surprised to receive a used paper shredder. There were stains on the basket. Also, the shredded paper was still in the trash can. I thought I paid for a new one. what happened raven

to send back! the best office electronics

just got out of the box and the red "bin full" indicator lights up and doesn't go out, so I can't shred anything. I slid the trash can in and out to make sure it turned on properly, but that didn't help. return.

I love this chopper!

I love everything about this wonderful mill. Was looking for one of the disc grinds. It's a nice color, my husband loves the wheels, they're nice and quiet and the bin is easy to pull out and throw away. What else can I say? We are very happy that we chose this one. He shreds paper and CDs. Ideal.

So quiet and on wheels!

Great product at a very reasonable price for the white top and front gray basket. I can't understand how quiet it is compared to the one I bought from another company about 5 years ago. It rolls so easily and fits perfectly under my desk. Works perfectly! The shredder isn't as small as it looks in the photo because my desk is constructed without a drawer that I'm sitting at. With wheels it is 20 inches high, 13 inches wide and 9 inches deep.
