Very satisfied - tools and equipment

Very happy with this mid-range scanner. Works on my wife's 2015 Lexus RX350, my 2015 Ford Edge and 2018 Ram 3500. If I can't fix any problems myself now, at least I can stop the shop from feeding me BS. Yes, there are shady shops trying to take advantage of you. Note. Actually, there is no universal tool, but it works very well.

Brilliant! Beats Snap every day twice on Sunday!

This tool has saved us a trip to the mechanic twice as a car dealer because we had it in less than a month! Very easy to use, fast, huge box that seems useless to me. I actually got a recommendation to buy an Autel from my experienced mechanic using every tool available. I've always wanted something like this, but tools cost A LOT more money. fewer features than Autel. I would recommend it to anyone working in the automotive industry.
