Definitely NOT AutoMeter quality

Decent gauges for the price but brass fittings are cheaply machined, ended up buying spare fittings to replace on the oil pressure side

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • There are even more interesting options.

Cheap quality replacement parts

The temperature sensor started to stop working intermittently after just a month. After 2 months nothing works anymore. Surprisingly, the plastic oil line holds up.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Expensive

Quality meters are good for gauges

Auto Meter does great things and their Auto Gage line is as good as the most expensive gear I've ever seen. Typical setup and works great. would recommend.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Slightly dented

To do this, order a copper oil line

Good gauge set, I like the protection coil around the temp line. There was something to consider about the oil pipeline.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Great price

Broke after 3 months - no return and no guarantee!

I bought two of these gauge sets - both gauges stopped working, the last one stopped working after 3 months! Return window closed! What about my guarantee? The problem is that the temp sensors then jump steeply to around 180 degrees at the lowest reading during the first 10-20 miles of driving. You can destroy your engine with extreme overheating "before" the sensor starts to work. This has happened to two of my cars - exactly the same problem, I feel I should be offered a free replacement.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • So-so

It's nice to look at, but the accuracy is questionable.

They fit perfectly and look great, but after extensive use I found that the temperature reading is not accurate. 85% of the time it works as it should, the other 15% of the time the sensor stays at 0 degrees until the car hits 185 degrees, then the needle jumps up sharply and starts reading. That makes me doubt its accuracy. I think it would have been a bit better if it had been produced by Autometer, but for the price I can't complain too much. I discovered this problem after using it for too…

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Working speed
